The canopy, the timber frame and the steel fittings all come with a no quibble manufacturers guarantee. Providing the product has not been damaged through misuse or when assembling then we will replace the part free of charge or refund you 100% of the price you paid, subject to our terms and conditions.
The British weather can take it's toll on any product that lives outdoors so we decided to make the White Pavilion one tough little cookie.
The canopy is 100% waterproof and can stand temperature extremes from -30 degrees celsius to +70 degrees celsius. Snow build up isn't a problem as the smooth outer surface generally cause the snow to slip off as the temperature starts to rise - however, an assembled canopy can support the weight of an average grown man.
The metal fixings, nuts and bolts are made from 304 stainless steel to give strength and an almost unlimited life.
Wind is the main enemy of gazebos. The White Pavilion Garden Gazebo is certified to withstand wind speeds up to 27 metres per second - that s a force nine gale to you and me.

Your White Pavilion is constructed using Osmose Naturewood pressure treated timber to ensure protection from decay and infestation for many years.
Environmentally safe Osmose Naturewood products will initially have a green appearance that highlights the natural variations of the wood; this will weather to an attractive natural honey brown colour before finally fading to a driftwood grey after long term exposure to the sun. As soon as you ve spent a dreamy summers day relaxing under the beautiful ambient glow you get with a White Pavilion gazebo you will realise why we opted for a semi translucent canopy, they also look fantastically welcoming when lit up at night.
The stylish PVC translucent canopy is designed for a tough environment, -30 degrees celsius to +70 degrees celsius. It is fitted under tension to give added strength and is 100% waterproof. It allows a soft natural light and gives protection from harmful ultra violet light. The smooth finish is easy to clean, can be simply removed and has a life expectancy of 20 years.
